Last Month’s Instagram

Once a month I will display one of my photos captured and/or processed with Instagram over the last month. It’s a way for me to show photography that usually is quite different from my regular work. The pictures are displayed without any comments, hoping they will stand on their own. But I still very much appreciate any comments you may have. For more photos; visit

  1. I love that path leading us into the scene, Otto! And what, a vista…..the muted colour palette is interesting

  2. So beautiful! And made me realise that I was not following you with my new handle (since the old one doesn’t let me like or comment… )

  3. I agree with Diana, a very dramatic photo that can be interpreted in many ways Otto, for me there is a dystopian feel about the photo on the other hand a gathering following a path to an enlightenment ( the blue sea) . An excellent photos that’s original and makes the imagination come alive.

  4. The contrast between the grand, rough-hewn landscape and the smaller-scale human activity taking place there is wonderful. It’s a different kind of street photography, but that’s what it feels like to me: street photography. You could see a woman carrying a child and leading a dog, someone squatting at the edge of the street, or a person seeming to dance down the street in any city in the world. I really like this.
