Last Week’s Instagram

Once a week—or every so often—I will display one of my photos captured and/or processed with Instagram over the last week. It’s a way for me to show photography that usually is quite different from my regular work. The pictures are displayed without any comments, hoping they will stand on their own. But I still very much appreciate any comments you may have.

    1. I was observing the lady and the dog for a while, and the dog was just jumping around, excitingly. Nothing in the near vicinity, but maybe the ladies and the stroller in the background, triggered it’s reaction?

  1. The photo is dark, ominous, almost like seeing life before a catastrophe. I wonder what the dog is straining to see.

Excellent photo, bringing up many questions.

  2. Because it is so dark, at first glance on my phone, the dog look like the silhouette of a small human figure, or a stuffed teddy bear. but even at this early hour, that struck me as unlikely, and a couple of seconds later, it clicked as an excited little dog, and I like the shot, a good taking-off point for a story.
