Last Week’s Instagram

Once a week—or every so often—I will display one of my photos captured and/or processed with Instagram over the last week. It’s a way for me to show photography that usually is quite different from my regular work. The pictures are displayed without any comments, hoping they will stand on their own. But I still very much appreciate any comments you may have.

  1. I’m most taken by the group of trees in the middle of what appears to be a river. I can imagine them as adventurous saplings, saying, “This bank is boring. Let’s go out there, and see if we can grow.” It appears they did quite well.

    1. You always bring a sharp and surprising taken on whatever you see. I like this little story of yours about the group of trees. 🙂 By the way, it’s not a river, but a fjord or an inlet.

  2. Otto, this shot takes me back to the stunning scenery you have there in Norway. I really miss being there, now more than ever we have a better appreciation of being surrounded by nature. You capture so many different layers here, with a mixture of warm and cool tones. The blue skies such a wonderful background.
