Once a week—or every so often—I will display one of my photos captured and/or processed with Instagram over the last week. It’s a way for me to show photography that usually is quite different from my regular work. The pictures are displayed without any comments, hoping they will stand on their own. But I still very much appreciate any comments you may have.
Nice patterns with the lines and shapes, as well as the complementary coours.
Thank you, Jane.
What a great shot. A silhouette of the lines of city living that many of us don’t notice in passing.
Thank you for the nice words, Vicki.
Great atmosphere in this picture.
I am happy you think so. Thank you.
The colors are gorgeous!
It was a gorgeous evening sky. 🙂
Great spectacle.
It was indeed.
The combination of the gradient of colors and the busy lines add up to Well Done!
Thank you, Frank.
Like everyone else… I love the criss-crossing lines and the sky going from that beautiful blue to that spectacular orange… Lovely stuff, Otto!
Thanks for the feedback, Dale.
Intriguing photo! Thank you Otto.
And thank you for commenting,Holly.
Interesting, Otto, Some time I had posted the same theme taken India. Great capture!!
It’s the same all over the world, isn’t it. 🙂
Interesting, the picture just give you an uneasy feeling or somewhat lost to find a way out of some place or situation.
It’s amazing all the wires we can put in the air, isn’t it!
absolutely love the sky filled with crisscrossing wires
I glad you do. Thank you, Sherri.
Its like a string cats cradle….😋
Well describe. Thanks. 🙂
However you post-processed, the effect is wonderful. The slight shadows around the poles and lines hint at the tingle and sizzle of electricity, or the communication surging through the wires.
That’s an interpretation I haven’t thought about, but I like it. Thank you, Linda.
This makes me a little sad. It is how I imagine things would look post apocalyptic end times. Maybe it’s just my frame of mind today.
I think a lot of people would look at this mess of wires the same way, despite the gorgeous sunset—or rather because of it.
Beautiful, Otto! A very busy street corner indeed.
Yes, it was. Thank you, Lynn.
wow!! all those wires!! it’s a wonder our hair doesn’t stand on end!! makes for a great shot in front of that amaaazing sunset
Well, what do you think my hair did when I took the photo?
hahaha, took off to another planet with better electromagnetic energy fields? lol
A city going to sleep … nice photo Otto, no words needed 🙂
Still, thank you for your words, Julie.
Colour and lines at the forefront. Lovely photo Otto.
Thank you so much, Miriam.
