Last Week’s Instagram

Once a week—or every so often—I will display one of my photos captured and/or processed with Instagram over the last week. It’s a way for me to show photography that usually is quite different from my regular work. The pictures are displayed without any comments, hoping they will stand on their own. But I still very much appreciate any comments you may have.

  1. Beautiful Place! (where is it located?) Awesome photo indeed. I can see 😉 looking at massive Rocks (middle one in particular), well, that makes me think of a massive watchdog lying…;-). Then, place looks like a Pirate Bay 🙂 somewhere in the world…and i’m expecting to see Three or Four masted Schooners arriving… 😛

  2. A very striking seascape. As Mary comments “so dark and mysterious”

The moody colour palette give so much atmosphere and I half expect a Pirate Ship to appear between those craggy rocks (with the trees on top).

  3. I especially like the large central rock. With the face-like profile on the right, it looks like a strange, crouching creature — perhaps half-human, half-cat — that would pounce on that bird in a minute, if only it saw it.

  4. those little mountains with a few trees… reminds me of those comics they used to draw of a man stranded on a teeny weeny desert island, with one palm tree, and one coconut lol neat shot!!!
