Last Week’s Instagram

Munchow_1712-007_E2

Once a week I will show one of my photos captured and/or processed with Instagram over the last week. It’s a way for me to show photography that usually is quite different from my regular work. The pictures are displayed without any comments, hoping they will stand on their own. But I still very much appreciate any comments you may have.

Very cool looking. I realy like the glow of light or cloud near the bottom.

Above the fiery chaos, there’s a hint of Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian man in the clouds. The juxtaposition is interesting — compelling, even. And the colors are beautiful.

  3. Wonderful image, Otto.🙂

Fascinating image Otto! I like it a lot!

  9. rangewriter says:

Interesting! I thought it was hot embers of a campfire or barbeque. Of course, this may have been in my mind because recently I was struggling to capture burning embers and did a lousy job of it. Anyway, I love this for it’s clarity and it’s somewhat mysterious, graphic quality.

  10. Impressive image Otto! well done!

  11. Sue says:

    Intriguing….

  12. Patrizia M. says:

It makes me think of the beginning of a volcanic eruption. Spectacular!
    Ciao Pat

    So beautifully unique, Oto!

  14. ooohhh it looks like the fires in the Pacific Northwest. Reminds me of Turner’s watercolors of volcano skies. Not to forget Rothko paintings. Interesting the diamond in the sky and the tree-like half diamond underneath

  15. Wow! Interesting image, Otto.

  16. As Sue mentioned, very intriguing indeed.

  17. Ptck says:

Excellent view and play with natural elements
