Time to Move On

Our job is done in the camps for South Sudanese refugees. It’s for us – my colleague Øystein Mikalsen and me – to move on. On the blog Untold Stories you may read our last thoughts and see our last photos from the camps we have visited the last week.

  1. What an awesome experience you guys have had!! I love this photo because the camera captures the man close up AND the lady far away carrying the child 😉 I like 🙂
    Safe travels to you guys!!

  2. Safe travels Otto. I have not yet commented but followed all of your stories from the camp. Very interesting look into such a different world.

  3. Så interessant å følge med på reisen! Fantastiske bilder, Otto!
    Fortsatt god reise!

  4. Otto, I have been away from WP for a while and so could not follow any blog posts. Looks like I missed quite a lot 🙂 Thanks to you and Øystein for presenting and sharing this series of powerful photo-stories. As always, your photographs are captivating through out the series.:)

  5. As wonderful as this experience must have been, in a sense it must have been a little deflating seeing all the needs to be done…but not seeing how it can be. This is a haunting and beautiful shot.
