A Nice Cup of Coffee


I am still around in Ethiopia with my colleague, reporting from the critical situation in the refugee camps at the border of South Sudan. But in light of the terror in France, we have prepared something different today. For today’s blog, look here.

  7. Thank you for that, Otto. I could almost imagine the aroma wafting around me as she roasted the beans. The aroma is always the best part. I love the fact that the ceremony offers such a sense of community.

  9. Sometimes it’s a good thing to remember simple pleasures when certain people are trying to take that away. I hope you have wonderful experiences in Ethiopia. I’ll look forward to visiting vicariously.

    The coffee in Ethiopia is second to none..and important to the folk there , like the tea is to the chinese. I LOVE coffee!
